Important: All the packages are insured at no additional charge. We are not responsible for any damages or loss caused by the shipping carrier. In case of damage or loss the buyer is responsible to contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package to file a claim with the shipping carrier. In case of damage please send us pictures of the damage to the product(s) and please keep the original packing materials (box, peanuts, air pockets) to support the claim. Without these we cannot file a claim. We are not responsible for the results of any claim.
Returns accepted.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, just return it within 30 days of the date of original invoice for a refund (may be subject to a 15% restocking fee). The item must be in the same condition as you received it (no scratches, dents or missing parts) and must have the original box. Please contact us before returning an item. A RMA number is required for all returned items. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs on all items sent back to us. Damaged or defective items must be returned within 10 days
